Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in Pearl River, New York. This on-site, full-time role trains to become a Sales Consultant, assisting to achieve community sales goals and delivering a luxury customer experience from the first visit through move-in.

Weekend availability is required; a real estate license is required in some states, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus to understand the customer and create win-win solutions.
• Selling orientation to generate leads and secure commitment.
• Collaboration across Online Sales, Construction and other departments to serve the customer.
• Negotiation to explore alternatives and gain acceptance.
• Strong communication skills in speaking and writing with clear ideas.
• Coachable and willing to learn through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate Traffic: maintain online presence, drive internet lead conversion, build relationships with Real Estate Agents, prospect and set appointments, coordinate with marketing for traffic events.
• Drives Results: learn to manage quick-delivery home supply, analyze products, monitor model homes, demonstrate features, use Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, and E1 to complete tasks, assist with paperwork for purchases, attend sales meetings.
• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experience at the sales center, partner with design studio, assist mortgage process with TBIM, maintain weekly communication with post-sale customers, deliver closing gifts to new homeowners.
