Job summary

Toll Brothers, America\'s Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in Panama City Beach, Florida. This on-site training role will progress to a Sales Consultant, handling traffic, client service, and the luxury customer experience from first visit to move-in.

The role requires full-time, 5-day work weeks with duties including lead generation, appointment setting, mortgage coordination with TBIM, and collaboration with online and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

Generate Traffic: update Tollbrothers.com and MLS, support online and onsite teams, build relationships with real estate agents
Drives Results: learn to manage quick-delivery home supply, analyze products and communities, maintain model home appearance and demonstrate features
Customer Service: provide exceptional experiences at the sales center, assist with mortgage processing and post-sale communications
