Job summary

Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in Cedar Park, Texas. On-site five days a week, you will support the sales team by attracting visitors, guiding tours, and learning to close home sales.

This role trains toward becoming a Sales Consultant. You will handle traffic, coordinate with the design studio and lenders, and deliver a high-end customer experience from first visit to move-in.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required in some states.
• Weekend availability required.
• Full-time, five-day work week.
• Self-starter, motivated to learn through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic with updated online presence and MLS listings; support online/onsite sales to convert leads.
• Demonstrate model homes and community features; work with agents to drive sales.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan traffic-generating activities and events.
• Assist with mortgage process and paperwork; ensure buyers get commitment letters and stay on track.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
