Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Sales Assistant for a new luxury home community in Danbury, CT. On-site 5 days a week, you will support the sales team with administrative tasks and help deliver a luxury customer experience from first visit to move-in.

Responsibilities include coordinating paperwork, updating dashboards, and assisting in mortgage processes. Strong organizational skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years of sales or administrative experience.
• Essential: Knowledge of Microsoft Office; part-time and full-time options; weekend availability.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s degree; CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team and monitor model home appearance.
• Demonstrate the model home and present community features to customers.
• Schedule post-sale appointments and welcome customers visiting before/during buying process.
• Maintain weekly updates on build status and share photos with customers when appropriate.
