Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant for one of our new luxury home communities in Lehi, Utah. This on-site role focuses on delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in, while achieving community sales goals.

You will generate traffic, build relationships with real estate agents, coordinate with the Online Sales and Marketing teams, and guide buyers through the home-buying process, including coordination of financing with TBIM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience.
• Real Estate license is required in some states.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years new home sales experience (preferred).
• New home construction knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic through online presence, MLS, and agent relationships.
• Drive sales by managing quick delivery homes and presenting floorplans.
• Provide exceptional customer service from first visit through move-in.
• Facilitate mortgage process with TBIM and coordinate with lenders.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
