Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate Traffic: maintain online presence, MLS, drive internet lead conversion, build Realtor relationships, prospecting, coordinate with marketing
• Drives Results: manage quick delivery home availability, conduct competitive analyses, ensure white glove standards, demonstrate homesites
• Customer Service: provide exceptional visitor experience, coordinate with design studio, assist mortgage process, post-sale communications, deliver closing gifts
