Qualifications

• Customer service: build rapport with customers and uphold Toll Brothers brand.
• Collaboration: team-focused across departments to serve customers.
• Communication: clear speaking and writing.
• Organizational skills: detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of sales or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CRM software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team.
• Monitor community and model home appearance to standards.
• Utilize Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office applications.
• Prepare paperwork and real estate documents through workflow.
• Track and update community sales team reports and dashboards.
• Assist in mortgage process with lender coordination.
• Stock closing gifts and model supplies for the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work with customers visiting the sales center.
• Demonstrate model home and present community features.
• Schedule post-sale appointments and welcome customers.
• Provide weekly updates to customers with build photos when appropriate.
