Job summary

Back-East Ltd in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to lead high-end custom-home projects. You will oversee labor crews, coordinate trades, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery on premium residences.

Ideal candidates have proven supervision skills on luxury builds, a strong eye for craftsmanship, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets while maintaining client confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction labor or subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift materials and operate tools safely.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• OSHA certification or safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and trades to integrate electrical systems into high-end builds.
• Lead, direct, and supervise site labor crews and subcontractors.
• Manage daily scheduling, labor assignments, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with building/electrical codes, OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Monitor quality control across electrical and general construction activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites; keep projects on schedule and within budget.
