Job summary

The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Site Superintendent to oversee luxury custom home projects on-site from groundbreaking through homeowner occupancy. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, ensure quality, and enforce safety standards to deliver exceptional homes.

Qualifications

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through occupancy.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, specs.
• Schedule inspections with local building officials.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Work with project managers on budgets, scheduling, change orders, and client requests.
• Communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Complete daily logs, progress reports, and photo documentation.
• Identify and resolve construction issues before impacting schedule or quality.
