Charles + Charles USA seeks an experienced Superintendent to own high-end custom home builds from groundbreaking to client handover. This on-site leadership role requires hands-on management of field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and quality across projects valued at $2M+.

You will be the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, designers, and trades, ensuring safety, schedule accuracy, and concierge-level service throughout the build.

• Serve as the on-site liaison for clients, architects, designers, and trade partners for concierge-level service.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to join our client's team and take full ownership of high-end custom home builds from breaking ground through to client handover. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high‑spec environment and takes personal pride in the quality of their work.

You will be the primary point of contact on site, managing all day‑to‑day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and quality standards across projects with a minimum build value of $2M.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site construction activities from pre‑construction through to final delivery and client handover
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised job site in full compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements
• Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Manage project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays before they impact delivery
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison for clients, architects, designers, and trade partners - maintaining the concierge‑level experience our clients expect
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies early
• Document daily site activity, progress reports, and any issues requiring escalation
• Mentor and develop on‑site team members and trade partners to uphold company standards

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high‑end luxury residential builds
• Demonstrated experience managing projects at $2M+ in build value

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (dependent on experience)
