Qualifications

• Sales experience in windows/doors or related building products.
• Experience with custom homebuilders, architects, designers, or luxury residential construction professionals is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury custom residential construction market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with custom homebuilders, architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Generate new leads through proactive business development, networking, referrals, and industry involvement.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, from opportunity identification to closing.
• Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and coordinate project requirements.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and work toward sales and revenue goals.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
