Renewal by Andersen is recruiting inside sales professionals to join our in-home consultations and drive strong, one-call close results. You travel to residential appointments, present premium window and door solutions, and guide homeowners to a same-day purchase decision.

You will receive paid training, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission with potential for $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• Execute a strong one-call close sales process with no project management or follow up required.
