Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for a Reno, Nevada community. This on-site role trains to become a Sales Consultant, focusing on guiding visitors, generating traffic, and delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in.

You will work with online and onsite teams, build relationships with real estate agents, conduct prospecting, and use systems like Salesforce to manage customer information, while supporting the mortgage

• Selling experience and interest in developing sales techniques to generate leads and gain commitment.
• Collaboration across Online Sales and Construction to serve the customer and drive sales.
• Negotiation skills to influence and achieve acceptance and commitment.
• Clear communication in speech and writing with concise ideas.
• Willingness to be mentored and take on additional responsibilities outside the scope of the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and maintain an online presence for the community (Tollbrothers.com, MLS).
• Support Online and Onsite Sales teams to drive internet lead conversion.
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and conduct prospecting/appointment setting.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan traffic-generating activities.
• Learn to manage inventory of quick delivery homes and perform competitive analysis.
• Demonstrate model homes and features; use Salesforce, Pivotal, and MS Office for business needs.
• Assist in preparing real estate paperwork and attending sales meetings.
