Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a Sales Assistant for one of our luxury home communities in Franklin, Tennessee. You will greet customers, provide administrative support to the sales team, and help ensure a premium customer experience from first visit through move-in.

On-site 5 days a week, you’ll coordinate paperwork, reports, and outreach with lenders and partners. The role demands strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, with both part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of sales or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Part-time or full-time options; weekend availability where needed.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• CRM software experience.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team.
• Monitor community and model home appearance to standards.
• Use core applications such as Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, E1.
• Prepare paperwork and real estate documents through the workflow process.
• Track and update reports, dashboards and scorecards.
• Assist in facilitating mortgage processes and lender communications.
• Stock closing gifts and model supplies for the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Greet customers and coordinate the sales center operations.
