Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of sales or administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM software experience preferred
• Part-time availability; excellent planning, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team
• Monitor community and model home appearance to company standards
• Prepare paperwork and real estate documents through the workflow process
• Track and update community sales team reports, dashboards, and scorecards
• Assist in facilitating mortgage process with lenders and documentation
• Stock closing gifts and model supplies for the assigned community
• Interact with customers visiting the sales center and demonstrate model homes
• Schedule post-sale contract appointments and welcome customers during buying process
• Provide weekly updates to customers on build status with photos when appropriate
