Job summary

The role focuses on establishing unitized material takeoffs to support divisions during bids and coordinating estimating requests with divisions, with accountability for schedule and quantity determinations.

The position requires architectural drawing interpretation, construction estimating experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Construction estimating experience.
• Experience communicating with others about technical aspects of construction.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish accurate material quantities based on plan-specific needs requested by Divisions.
• Complete estimating work in accordance with Division contracting schedules.
• Collaborate with Division Purchasing and Production teams.
• Work with Architects and Trade Partners to develop trade assemblies and understand requirements.
