Job summary

MyOutDesk, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Purchasing Coordinator for luxury residential projects. The role involves estimating, budgeting, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and managing purchasing to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong detailing skills, familiarity with architectural plans, and experience with procurement and change orders. This is a remote, contract-based position with benefits through MOD, supporting multiple

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in residential construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of architectural plans, construction specifications, and building materials.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and documents to prepare estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, vendor quotations, and purchasing.
• Develop and update construction specifications based on client meetings and project needs.
• Coordinate material purchasing, confirm pricing and availability, monitor lead times.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to anticipate material requirements and procurement needs.
• Prepare and track client change orders throughout the process.
• Maintain records of budgets, pricing, estimates, and procurement.
