Job summary

Toll Brothers seeks a Materials Estimator for Toll Integrated Systems in Morrisville, PA to create material take-offs from house plans (excluding wall and truss designs) and develop repeatable lists. You will communicate with data entry and collaborate with design engineers to ensure full material requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a related role, familiarity with TPM and 5S, strong communication, and ability to read architectural drawings. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read architectural plans and create material lists.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural plans.
• Create material lists following company standards.
• Organize material lists and communicate with data entry.
• Review new house orders to determine info needed for lists.
• Work with Production Design Engineers to ensure complete material requirements.
