Job summary

Bella Custom Homes, a luxury custom home builder in Frisco, TX, seeks a Project Coordinator to support high-end residential projects from concept to completion. This role links clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain seamless project flow.

The successful candidate will assist with estimating, budgeting, documentation, and client communications, leveraging strong organizational and mathematical skills in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential custom homebuilding or high-end construction management (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and phases of building.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for budgeting and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow across active projects.
• Documentation management for contracts, change orders, plans and specs.
• Coordination with subcontractors and vendors for documentation and follow-ups.
• Assist with takeoff calculations, supplier/subcontractor pricing, and preliminary budgets.
• Track project expenses, purchase orders, and invoice approvals against budgets.
• Provide white-glove client service and coordinate progress updates and meetings.
