I am currently in search for a high-level Construction Project Coordinator to join one of DFW’s most prestigious luxury home builders. This isn't just a support role, it is the operational and financial backbone of this company.

Our client builds masterpieces in the $5M – $7M range, and they need a coordinator who brings a "white-glove" approach to project management and impeccable accounting practices. We are looking for strong background in cost tracking, reconciliations, and budget management for multi-million-dollar builds.

• Financial Architect: You are an expert in QuickBooks Enterprise (Contractor Edition). You understand that job costing is the lifeblood of a successful build.
• Data Driven: You don't just use Excel; you master it. We’re looking for pivot tables, formulas, and flawless budget tracking.
• The Industry Veteran: You bring 5+ years of custom residential experience. You know the lifecycle from permit submission to the final walkthrough.
