Future Home Integration (FHI Florida) is seeking a driven Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to grow our presence among Central Florida homeowners and building professionals. You will be the face of the company, opening doors to new opportunities and guiding clients through each project stage with our design team.

Ideal candidates enjoy luxury residences, value strong client relationships, and are comfortable in a technology-forward environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or another relationship-driven role.
A track record of meeting goals and building lasting client relationships.
Confidence working in luxury residences and with discerning clients.
Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.
Strong organization and follow-up habits, with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Authorization to work in the United States and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop new business by prospecting opportunities with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with building professionals to earn referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate through the project cycle as the client’s main contact from first meeting to project completion.
Keep relationships strong over time, following up with past clients and maintaining CRM records.
