Interior Talent is assisting a luxury design brand in finding a Senior Sales Consultant/Business Development in Miami, FL. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with builders, developers, interior designers, architects, and discerning clients, and turning opportunities into showroom visits and design conversations.

The candidate should have 4–6+ years in high-end sales or related fields, with CRM experience and knowledge of luxury interiors.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in high-end sales, business development, outside sales, sales consulting, or design-related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, proposals, and basic design documentation (AutoCAD or similar a plus, but not required)
• Strong understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and the design process
• Experience working with interior designers and architects is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
• Ability to work within the showroom and visit with clients within the market

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with builders, developers, interior designers, architects, and discerning private clients across the Miami market.
• Develop strategic partnerships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified clients and bring them into the showroom for meaningful design conversations when appropriate.
• Represent luxury products and craftsmanship to the design community; open doors and grow a pipeline.
