Bluecore Residential is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service across our portfolio. You will show units, highlight amenities, and move leads through the lease pipeline with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities include generating leads via ads and social channels, maintaining accurate follow-up notes, and asking for deposits to close leases. Experience in leasing, customer service, and sales, plus familiarity with Yardi, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer/tech skills; Yardi software preferred.
• Reliable transportation to perform duties on and off site.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by meeting leasing goals and providing outstanding service.
• Generate leads by posting ads and promoting property on social media.
• Follow up with inquiries within 30 minutes and close leases.
• Show units, highlight amenities, and ensure curb appeal.
• Stay ahead of market trends and retain residents through engagement.
