Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience in a luxury multifamily setting.
• Ability to speak Spanish and English.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.
• Process applications, deposits, and leases.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident service requests.

• Maintain a professional leasing office and model apartments.
