Job summary

Flexjet Farmingdale, NY, is seeking a Flight Coordinator to serve as the central contact for Helicopter Flight Operations. You will schedule flights, manage related administration, and ensure compliance with Weather, FAA regulations, and company policies.

You will interact with managers, executives, staff, and customers to deliver premium service with confidentiality and precision, while supporting crew and scheduling efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred plus 1–3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of weather trends is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Flight Scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of department staff scheduling and approval of time-off requests.
• Schedule trips in compliance with regulations and policies, emphasizing efficiency and cost reduction.
• Receive trip requests and build detailed, accurate plans.
• Interact with customers and internal teams with high professionalism.
• Produce reports for departments and clients.
• Liaise with senior leadership on new landing sites and safety policies.
• Manage flight schedules and assist accounting with invoicing.

Would you like to join our dedicated team providing luxury helicopter services?As a Flight coordinator you will serve as a central point of contact for the Helicopter Flight Operations. You will interact with the department manager, executives, employees, and customers while providing the highest degree of customer service, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
