Job summary

Carneros Resort and Spa is seeking a polished House Car Driver to deliver Forbes-level hospitality through safe, timely guest transportation across the resort and nearby Napa Valley destinations. You will engage guests with knowledge of local attractions, assist with luggage, and maintain vehicle presentation in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Comfortable operating larger SUVs, vans, or luxury vehicles.
• Strong guest-first mindset and polished communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort and local destinations using resort vehicles.
• Provide prompt, courteous pickups/drop-offs with professional guest interactions.
• Assist guests entering/exiting vehicles and with luggage when needed.
• Recommend resort amenities, dining, wineries, and Napa Valley experiences.
• Create personalized moments to elevate the luxury guest experience.
• Communicate with Front Office, Bell, Valet, Concierge about transportation requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation; report any issues promptly.
