Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality, transportation, bell, valet, or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable operating larger SUVs, vans, or luxury vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the resort using house vehicles.
• Provide prompt and courteous pick-up and drop-off services.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and presentation.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Napa Valley

Previous luxury hospitality experience

Education

Valid California driver's license

Class B license with passenger transport endorsement
