Responsibilities

• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables.
• Maintaining tables so they are presentable and set with table settings and condiments.
• Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
• Refilling drinking glasses with water.
• Bringing out meal orders if the waitstaff are busy.
• Cleaning the dining area at close of day.
