Job summary

Alpha Omega Winery in Napa Valley is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador Lead to drive exceptional hospitality at the front desk and during wine club interactions. You will champion guest satisfaction with personalized service that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.

The role emphasizes training, team coordination, reservations management, and a hands-on approach to delivering memorable experiences for collectors, members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience in hospitality.
• Responsible Beverage Service Training Certificate required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Leads front desk operations and coordinates guest flow and service levels.
• Trains Guest Services staff on service delivery, product knowledge and POS procedures.
• Manages reservations and seating using the Master table management system.
• Supports Estate Hosts and the guest arrival experience.
• Handles guest service inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintains daily checklists and proper documentation.
• Assists with hiring, payroll timecards, and staff performance reviews.
• Performs MOD shifts and handles closing procedures when scheduled.
