Job summary

Montage International in Healdsburg, CA seeks a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and support arrival and departure experiences. You will direct both guests and vehicles on the front drive, assist with luggage, and relay information about rooms, services, and resort features.

The role requires at least two years in a luxury hotel and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a strong ability to communicate and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and sincere welcome.
• Direct guests and vehicles on the front drive.
• Park and retrieve guest and hotel vehicles.
• Provide information about hotel rooms, services and features.
• Assist with luggage and hotel/room orientations.
• Assist with guest transport throughout the resort.
• Maintain luggage and golf carts to hotel standards.
• Deliver amenities to guest rooms.
• Follow hotel guidelines and talking points.
• Operate the associate shuttle during peak periods when off-site parking is necessary.
