Appellation Healdsburg is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the guest room and public area upkeep, delivering the luxury guest experience in Healdsburg. You will oversee room servicing, cleanliness, staff training, and vendor coordination, while upholding safety and brand standards across the property.

The role requires a hotel-based leadership background, strong English communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality control in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Previous experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in a high-volume, upscale hotel.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, schedules, and laundry vendor relations.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and ensure luxury service across rooms and public areas.
• Recruit, train, and coach housekeeping staff and supervise supervisors and attendants.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies for housekeeping.
• Coordinate with front office for room status and guest preferences.
