Montage Healdsburg is hiring a Server to provide exceptional guest service and expertly guide guests through menu selections in a luxury hotel setting. You will deliver food and beverages with attentiveness, engage with guests, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations is required.
• Prior Micros or other POS systems experience is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• You are personable and enjoy engaging with guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answering questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions.
• Take orders accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer refills, dessert, or coffee options.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Follow the service sequence with attention to detail to create WOW moments.
