Job summary

AKA Beverly Hills is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our luxury residential team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality to residents, guests, and visitors, with duties ranging from reservations to concierge support.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily shift reports.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors with hospitality and courtesy.
• Coordinate resident move-in and move-out materials.
• Introduce property services and amenities to new arrivals and follow up after settling in.
• Create and maintain reservations in the system and audit for accuracy.
• Respond promptly to resident messages via email and the ALICE platform.
• Manage resident folios and ensure PCI-compliant payments.
• Answer calls, assess needs, and direct to appropriate department.
• Customize and confirm all resident reservation requests.
• Follow up on housekeeping and maintenance requests as needed.
• Assist residents with concierge services including reservations and transportation.
• Provide property tours and room/showing introductions when applicable.
