Stay Awhile Villas LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a polished Concierge/Sales Associate to join our luxury property management team. You will manage guest relationships, curate personalized experiences, and guide bookings with a service-driven approach.

The role requires a high-touch hospitality mindset, seamless communication, and the ability to travel between Beverly Hills and Malibu to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Pay is competitive at $25.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Luxury sales and hospitality experience, preferably in short-term rentals.
• Executive communication skills with a polished, professional phone presence.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between properties.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and personally to inquiries across multiple booking platforms.
• Serve as first point of contact with professionalism and discretion.
• Qualify and vet prospective guests to ensure brand alignment.
• Guide clients through booking with tailored property recommendations.
• Act as liaison for guests during their stay, ensuring luxury service.
• Anticipate needs and curate concierge services (private chefs, transport, reservations).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with past guests and drive new business opportunities.
