Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; provide local recommendations and touches to guest requests.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ policies and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Keep desk collateral updated and know local attractions; coordinate with vendors for tickets and reservations.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages; input guest arrangements and billing.
