Job summary

EliteHosts in Los Angeles is seeking a Concierge Assistant to provide exceptional service to guests and residents at our luxury property. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Filipino nationality preferred.
• Ability to work on a contract basis.

• Must have own accommodation in Los Angeles.
• Ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Provide information about hotel amenities policies local attractions and dining options
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
• Handle guest inquiries concerns and requests in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Handle any urgent tasks or issues that may arise during your shift
