Job summary

The Sebastian - Vail - A Timbers Resort in Vail, CO, seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate to greet arriving and departing guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate valet services, ensuring a polished first impression.

You will liaison with front desk, housekeeping, and transportation teams, respond to guest requests, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby. Prior hospitality experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest services experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage as required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering courteous, professional assistance.
• Assist with luggage handling, escort guests, and coordinate valet services as needed.
• Support guest transportation and parking while following safety guidelines.
• Provide directions and information about the property to guests and visitors.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance and lobby area.
• Communicate effectively with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Follow all company standards, service expectations, and safety practices.
