Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.

- Experience in Guest Services preferred.
Responsabilités
- Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and handles luggage during departures.
- Assists guests with inquiries and requests, maintaining hospitality at all times.
- Greets guests in lobby and offers assistance.
- Overnight shift duties include shoe polishing, delivering items, and assisting guests as needed.
- Adheres to Four Seasons' conduct standards and works well with colleagues.
