Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting management with daily admin tasks. You will greet guests, upsell waxing services and retail, and educate guests on Wax Passes.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service or sales, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Passes benefits and savings.
• Administer check-ins/outs, process payments, refunds and reservations.
• Open and close procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and restrooms, welcoming environment.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
