Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. The role involves educating guests on products and services, upselling Wax Passes, and supporting management with daily administrative tasks.

Staff must be punctual, professional, and maintain a polished appearance as part of the team. The associate will manage check-ins/outs, guide guests through reservations via the app, and help with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Exude a positive, friendly demeanor and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app.
• Manage reservations and associate availability; open/close center.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms.
• Follow dress code and wear name tag.
