The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to work flexible hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred; equivalent education and background will be considered.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, order, and aesthetics.
• Energetic team player who collaborates well with colleagues to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guest requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms following standards for hygiene and presentation.
• Make beds, replace linens, and arrange pillows per standards.
• Restock amenities, robes, slippers, minibar items and guest supplies.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean windows and surfaces in guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to engineering or supervisor promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Broadmoor policies and safety guidelines.
