Job summary

The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our Rooms Division and contribute to an outstanding guest experience on Michigan Avenue. You will support the guest relations function, ensuring flawless service aligned with five-star expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of luxury front desk experience, familiarity with Opera PMS, and exceptional English communication. A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of front desk experience in luxury property is ideal.
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera is required or preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all responsibilities of Guest Relations operations.
• Knowledgeable and adheres to Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Maintain consistency in performance per Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Communicate with all departments to create a guest-centric experience.
• Be in full compliance with Head Office database requirements.
• Ensure efficient operation of Guest Relations responsibilities with smooth handover.
