Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Nashville is seeking a Residential Concierge to deliver exceptional, personalized service to residents and their guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate services, and create memorable experiences as a key contact within the Residential team.

This role requires strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests with professionalism. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Hospitality or Concierge preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Handle resident interactions with high-level hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Respond to resident inquiries regarding services, hours, and personnel.
• Resolve resident concerns and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, mail, messages, and other correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and provide personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate reservations, tickets, transportation, and special arrangements for residents and their guests.
• Greet residents and visitors in a warm, professional manner, utilizing names whenever possible.
• Assist with luggage storage, package handling, and delivery coordination.
• Recognize resident milestones and arrange amenities, cards, flowers, or other personalized touches.
• Document requests and charges in property management systems.
• Collaborate with Bell, Door, and other departments for a seamless experience.
• Maintain compliance with Four Seasons policies.
