Job summary

Aero is redefining air travel with luxury, personalized service from private terminals to in-flight hospitality. The Experience Lead role spans lounge and cabin duties, ensuring a safe, seamless, and extraordinary guest journey from arrival to final destination.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing luggage, coordinating with OPS and pilots, and maintaining high service standards while following TFSSP and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality/guest experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to fly and report to base within 120 minutes.
• DOT safety-sensitive position with pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cabin host onboard, delivering a premium guest experience on all flights.
• Serve as lounge host, welcome guests, manage luggage, use check-in system and coordinate with FBO.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort and service excellence from lounge to inflight service and disembarkation.
• Provide warm, attentive inflight hospitality and streamline food/beverage service.
• Prepare cabin prior to departure and assist with post-flight cabin reset.
• Communicate clearly with guests and handle concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with pilots, ground ops, airport partners and Experience Team for on-time departures.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures including TFSSP and Experience Policy.
• Maintain certifications and complete mandatory training.
• Be knowledgeable about Aero guest experience including menus, offerings, partners, schedules and tech.
• Collect guest feedback to improve service and operations.
• Create memorable moments through Aero’s Daymaker program.
