Job summary

Aero is seeking an Experience Lead in the New Jersey area to oversee end-to-end guest experiences in lounges and onboard flights at the TEB base. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate with operations, and ensure safety and exemplary service from lounge to landing.

Role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and readiness to travel with flights. Experience in luxury hospitality and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent communication, written and spoken English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cabin host onboard, delivering premium guest experience on all flights operating in/out of the TEB base.
• Serve as a lounge host, greet guests in the lounge, handle guest luggage, use the check-in system, coordinate with FBO for on-time departures.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and service excellence from lounge arrival to inflight service and disembarkation.
• Provide warm, attentive inflight hospitality, including streamlined food and beverage service.
• Prepare aircraft cabin prior to departure, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of onboard supplies; assist with post-flight cleanup.
• Communicate clearly with guests and handle concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with pilots, ground ops, airport partners, and the Experience Team for on-time departures and smooth arrivals.
• Follow policies, safety procedures, and TFSSP; maintain required certifications and training.
• Be knowledgeable about Aero guest experience, menus, offerings, schedules, and onboard tech systems.
• Collect and share guest feedback to improve service and operations.
• Create memorable moments for guests via Aero’s Daymaker program.
• Perform additional duties to support flight operations and guest experience.
