You will guide Lounge Managers, partner with airline and airport stakeholders, and drive best-practice across locations.

Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential for success. The role emphasizes pre-opening, transition, and mobilization activities, with a focus on margin improvement and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible management in luxury hospitality/airline environments.
• Experience managing premium airport lounges or VIP hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in hospitality, F&B operations, premium guest services, and multi-site management.
• Lead NA regional lounge operations teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional lounge experiences across locations.
• Promote a customer-centric culture and monitor guest-experience standards.
