Job summary

Amangiri seeks an Experience Advisor to engage guests in planning and booking activities, spa services, dining, and special occasions. You will build personalized itineraries, confirm events, and coordinate across Transportation, Spa, F&B, and Front Office to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail, with a customer-focused approach to enhance guest experiences during their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail in managing guest requests.
• Proven success coordinating guest activities and events.
• Willingness to support multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales and booking of guest activities, spa services, dining options, and special occasion requests.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person to build personalized itineraries for future arrivals and in-house guests.
• Ensure events are confirmed and reconfirmed for the following day, coordinating with transportation, spa, and F&B teams for seamless execution.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and help meet financial and budget targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and experiences to guests.
