Job summary

Amangiri is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across all dining venues, ensuring guest service excellence and operational consistency. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead frontline teams, coordinate with culinary and spa colleagues, maintain brand standards, and deliver memorable experiences for discerning guests in a luxury desert setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within luxury food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of food service and guest engagement.
• Proficiency with F&B tech systems (Micros, SevenRooms, Opera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all dining venues.
• Coordinate service and culinary teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain service standards through supervision, training and feedback.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and align on goals and guest preferences.
• Coordinate guest amenities and events with meticulous record-keeping.
