Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Concierge at The Elser Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting. Responsibilities include maintaining front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate shift reporting while upholding Highgate's standards of hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts efficiently.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and PBX console.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
