Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping staff member to maintain the cleanliness of guest homes and public areas. You will ensure spaces are welcoming, amenities are stocked, and supplies are available while embodying Seabrook's values and delivering outstanding guest service.

As a team leader, you will engage with guests and homeowners, uphold safety standards, follow company procedures, and model professionalism across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, service industry or similar experience preferred.
• All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning activities: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
• Inspect and care for rooms/houses to standards.
• Safeguard equipment and supply carts; address inadequacies.
• Handle guest complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain records of work assignments, timecards, and communications.
